Agia Triada

Agia Triada is a suburban green public space located northwest of the acropolis of Kadmeia. At the first level before the steep slopes, there is a central square with a small church built in the previous century. The square is accessible through one of the main arteries of the modern city, which runs over the buried historical Dirkes stream.

Nowadays, the precious hills of Agia Triada are abandoned and used only once a year when the annual Traditional Wedding, a Thebes' custom, is held.
